    • Thanks, Bente. I thought I had held the shadows better, but the pics always look different posted than when I view them in Lightroom. Sorry you haven’t had any snow – I know you enjoy that. How strange. Next year, the zebras might relocate your way. 🙂

      • Oh I hope the zebras stay put on their original continent, even if they are very lovely. In this winter is the odd, unusual one, I guess the next will be back to normal. By the way, we got a lot of snow in November but it dissapeared, and now all the precipation stops in England, they are “drowning”..

    • Haha. We import now, directly from the sun. Actually, after Dec 21, every new day lengthens by 7 minutes. That’s about 50 minutes of additional daylight every week. The sun still doesn’t rise above the treetops across the street from our house, but it’s very bright and contrasty for at least 4 hours every day.
